Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Hydromi ships globally to most countries.

Where do you ship from?

All Hydromi orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure fast processing, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be accepted. If you wish to return your order after receiving it, you are eligible for a full refund upon return.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

All Hydromi orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale seasons. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, typically within 1–3 business days from the order date, and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and shipping logistics, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your Hydromi order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
